Risotto
Who says risotto has to be difficult or time consuming? It’s a fantastic choice for feeding a large group of people, especially in the cooler winter nights, and can be tailored to suit an array of preferences and palates. Pantry:
 Butternut pumpkin
 Olive oil
 Brown onions

 Chicken breast

 Grated cheese (gruyere, tasty, vintage)

Top Tip
